Thank you for helping us gain a better understanding of technology use in the community sector in Australia and New Zealand.

By completing this 25 minute survey you are providing invaluable insights that will drive our efforts to increase the capacity of the sector through technology.

Not only that, you will receive an assessment of your technology set up (strengths and areas for improvement) and a pre-release copy of the final insights and trends report.

You need to have a thorough understanding of IT within your organisation to fill out the survey.

Before you start, make sure you have the following information on-hand from last financial year:

  • operating expenses
  • number of IT staff, total employees and volunteers 
  • number of personal computers, by operating system e.g. Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac, tablet, etc
  • IT spend, broken down into PCs, infrastructure, external support, staff salaries, training, website, core applications and data network links.
