You need to have a thorough understanding of IT within your organisation to fill out the survey.
Before you start, make sure you have the following information on-hand from last financial year:
- operating expenses
- number of IT staff, total employees and volunteers
- number of personal computers, by operating system e.g. Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac, tablet, etc
- IT spend, broken down into PCs, infrastructure, external support, staff salaries, training, website, core applications and data network links.
